Grilled shrimp and sea scallops kebobs!

Recipe: Grilled Shrimp and Sea Scallops Kebobs

Summary: The intense flavor of seafood coupled with a spicy sweet marinade equals just plain good eating

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
    1/2 pound sea scallops (don’t be cheap, buy the big ones)
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup chili sauce (I use Sweet Thai Chili Sauce)
    1 tsp of hot sauce (louisiana hot sauce is great)
    ground pepper
    chopped garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinade at room temperature for at least an hour. Place onto skewers and then onto the grill. Turn frequently and remove when seafood is done (when it is opaque).

Number of servings (yield): 3
