Everything you needed to know about shadowchaser

I'm a 49 year old Union Ironworker who has numerous interests. Currently I am close to receiving my AAS in Network Administration in Security and am seeking a career change over to the IT field. I really don’t know if anyone actually reads my movie picks for the year or not (started doing them last year), however it is a handy tool for me at least. I use this as a means to keep in mind what movies I would like to see during the year as long as I have the funds to do so. I will place links to trailers if I am able to find them, if not I will probably only give a very short description of the film.

Without further adieu I give you my picks for the new year……

The only order these are in are chronological. I may comment on how much I really wish to see the movie in the description.

My first choice will be Crazy on the Outside starring Tim Allen, Ray Liotta, Kelsy Grammer, and Sigourney Weaver being released on Jan. 8, 2010. This one looks quite good and will most likely be a Netflix rental for me when it is released on DVD. I doubt if I will go to the big screen to see this one. Here’s a link to the trailer:

This year promises to be full of Vampire movies once again. Looks like you’ll have everything from an over-population of the blood suckers to vampires that sparkle once again (never understood that one). First up on the vampire bandwagon (or should that be bloodmobile?) is Daybreakers starring Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, and Sam Neill. Looks interesting to me as it deals with the human race being overrun with vampirism and coming up on extinction. Although I would love to see the action and gore on the big screen I will most likely be watching it on DVD. Premier date is set for Jan. 8, 2010. Here’s a preview for you:

On Jan 15, 2010 the Book of Eli debuts. This one looks very interesting to me as I am a post-apocalyptic type of guy. Love these types of future history survival genre of Science Fiction and this one looks quite promising. I have included a sort of different trailer for you on this one. It is a stunt preview that talks about Denzel Washington’s ability to do his own fight scenes but it speaks to the action you can expect in this one. If at all possible I will be watching this one on the big screen. Starring Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, Mila Kunis, Ray Stevenson, and Jeffifer Beals. Here’s the clip:

I love Jackie Chan movies. Always have, ever since I first saw him in the late 70′s and early 80′s he was wonderful as the bumbling martial artist in those early movies and has just matured into that role throughout his career. The movie Spy Next Door promises to be just as great as his previous works. Starring with Billy Ray Cyrus, George Lopez, Magnus Scheving, Lucas Till, and Amber Valletta, Jackie will have you laughing until you drop with his antics I’m sure. Here’s just a taste of what’s in store for you in this film:
